THE PLATFORM
Moshun.IMPACT is the ocean intelligence platform dedicated to marine ecosystem regeneration, transforming corporate ambition into traceable and scalable action that organizations can confidently report on.

The cost of inaction

  • 55%

of global GDP is moderately or highly dependent on nature ≈ $58T. (PwC, WEF)

  • $8.4T

Estimated financial losses in the next 15 years of ocean-dependent companies. (WWF, 2025)

  • 50%+

of marine ecosystems are already degraded or at risk from human activities. (UNEP, IPBES)

Our Impact Loop makes acting for the ocean easy, and profitable, in 4 simple steps.
Dive down ↓
To make this journey simple and actionable, we’ve structured it into four clear steps, restoring ocean health from the boardroom to the depths.
01
Know your impact:
Assess & Measure

This is where you understand your company’s relationship with the ocean. We provide a clear assessment of your impacts, risks, and dependencies on marine ecosystems.

  • Marine biodiversity footprinting
(e.g., maritime transport, sourcing, site operations)
  • Supply chain dependency mapping

02
Act for the ocean:
Mitigate & Revert

Here you turn insights into action. Together we design mitigation strategies and connect you with high-quality restoration projects to help balance and restore what has been lost.

  • Operational risk reduction plans
  • Supply chain decarbonization in maritime logistics
  • Ocean-friendly procurement criteria
  • Marine-NbS projects quality assessment
  • Marine-NbS projects portfolio

03
Regenerate the ocean:
Regenerate & Monitor

This step is about creating lasting change. We monitor, support and enable investments towards marine restoration projects, ensuring they deliver measurable results for nature and coastal communities.

  • Marine-NbS Monitoring
  • Coral reef, Seagrass & Mangrove rehabilitation
  • Stressors analysis ( linked to Korai Case Study )
  • Coastal community engagement & training
  • Visitors experiences for hospitality

04
Report on impact:
Report & Communicate

This is where your impact becomes visible. We help you report in line with global frameworks and share your commitments with credibility and transparency.

  • Biodiversity indicators & KPIs
( maybe explaining a bit … )
  • ESG compliance reporting (CSRD, TNFD, STBN….)

COOK ISLANDS

Ocean regeneration as a counter-force to deep sea mining

Once home to a thriving pearl industry, Manihiki atoll is facing the growing threat of deep sea mining. Instead of extraction, we support a regenerative alternative: rehabilitating old pearl farms into coral sanctuaries and community-driven ecotourism, together with indigenous leaders.

Jeimila Donty
Moshun played a crucial role at the turning point of our NGO’s 20th year to help us describe, guide and harmonize our thinking around our new action plan and strategic vision. We feel confident and excited for what the future holds for our turtle conservation programs.

Cécile Gaspar
Moshun managed to quantify the true cost of our marine footprint under multiple scenarii. This enabled year-on-year comparison, scenario modeling, and mitigation of ROI estimation. Thanks to Moshun's modular approach, we can predict the effects of our mitigation plan.
